if she is loosing wieght by going to the gym then its more than likely that her back is getting bigger not her breasts. i went from a 32 to 34 becuase i was doing more wieghts.
your breasts cant enlarge by loosing weight becuase your breasts are made up of fat tissue so this decreases as u loose wieght. I deffinatly think that she just getting more toned.

No, she will loose fat, so she can not gain weight. Depending on the exercising she is doing, she could be toning muscle.
