2007-06-28 03:07:40i know this is unsafe but i don't care, I'm going to have 3 meals a day, 2 pieces of bread 6 slices of ham and 1 pickle made into a sandwich, i will h ave this meal 3 times a day totaling out to 540 Cal's a day, is there a better mean i can eat to loose weight faster?

2007-06-28 03:31:12I'm pretty sure you must have gotten that idea from a friend because it looks like a fad diet.
Being on a diet to loose weight should be a lifestyle. I know it's hard to put aside some time for some good quality exercising but at least try waking up 15-20 minutes early to stretch & tune into those morning yoga programs on TV.
But as far as food goes, I'd suggest you also add as much fruits & vegetables to your weight loss plan since you can get plenty of vitamins & minerals from them & they also have zero calories (you learn this in freshman health class in high school). I'd also recommend you drink milk just because most people do not get enough calcium & are likely to suffer bone loss when they're older.

Breakfast: 2 eggs, sometimes with bacon or sausage, sometimes with mushrooms, fried in quality butter. No toast.I large glass of fruit smoothie - Kefir or quality natural yogurt, fruit of choice, 3 tbsp coconut oil, made up to approx 1.25L with raw milk.
Lunch: approx 500 ml of above smoothie.
Dinner: meat of choice with at least 3 servings of vegetables of choice, sometimes brown rice.
On weekends would include 1 slice sourdough toast with breakfast.
I never really felt hungry and reduced belt size by 4 notches in 5 months, best of all felt really good. Once I reached desired weight reintroduced 1-2 slices of sourdough toast with breakfast

What you should really do is develop healthy eating habits that you will follow forever, and that you are comfortable with. Something like: as little sugar and fat as possible, no soda and fast food, and many fruits and vegetables. Combine this with exercising and you'll have a healthy and beautiful body at all times.
If you lose weight fast, you'll just look tired, have no energy, your hair will start falling off because you don't get your minerals and all that. Is that really what you want?
