    Ok well I eat 1200 calories or less a day and i work out at least 4 times a week for an hour.
    When I work out I start with the treadmil for 20-25min and then do ab work out, arms, and legs.
    Is this a good routine and dose anyone have any pointers for fast weight loss?? I need to get into a bridesmade dress in June!

    Have you tried shifting calories program? It works for me and some of my friends. Losing 3 to 5 pounds in one week is not hard, depending on your effort.

    It is really necessary to have working diet. I can suggest you Japanese, Tibet's and winter diet I have tried. What is important is to change your diet every 2 weeks! This is the secret of dietitians: in 2 weeks the body gets used with the diet and it doesn't work anymore.

    You can't work a machine that isn't fed! Go to your local community college where they have a fitness program that offers circuit training. Go three days a week. The program should take about 45minutes plus 5minutes on the bike or treadmill to cool down and another few minutes stretching. Eat veggies and fruit every day along with meat, fish, poultry and eggs Cut out bread, potatos, cakes, cookies and sugar loaded snacks and drinks. You will be amazed at how good you feel and look in six weeks.

    This is a good diet but still the important thing is how you get the calories . Try to include at least 2 portions of fruits and 2 portions of veggies
