I am looking for a shake to drink about 3-4 times a day for weight loss. Due to hip and back problems, I am unable to workout the way I would like to and usually do on a regular. What would you recommend and how should I use the one you recommend? I've heard people talk about Muscle Milk, Myoplex Lite, and Slim Fast. Yes I already know working out and dieting work, but I need a recommendation for this. Thanks for the input.
