    Also I have gotten really nauseous, dizzy, really really thirsty Is it just a side effect of the pills or what?????????? Please Help

    It's definitely a side effect of the pills.
    Weight-Loss pills have been known to effect your menstrutal cycle - I'm not sure what the connection is with weight and your period. I know if you're under 100 pounds - your period is very irregular and skips months.
