2008-04-27 13:55:05Hi, if anyone's willing to help, I really need a good weight loss plan. Please don't tell me to just eat healthy and exercise. I obviously know that. I need to know how much I should exercise. What should I do each day? How long should I do it for? What different exercises should I do? I need one that I can do at a local gym.
I need to lose about 20 pounds so how much with a plan can I lose per week/per month? The deadline is by the end of summer and i want to start next weekend since I'm swamped with state tests this week.
Also I am 13 years old. I'm 5Ɗ" tall and I weigh 140-143(depends on the day).

2008-04-27 14:08:53Go to my pyramid.gov and go to calorie king.com those web sites will help. Healthy & safely you should lose about 1-2 lbs. a week I think you can do it. Have fun at exercising & drink lots of water this will help clear out all of the toxins in your body. Eat 5 times a day. 3 meals & 2 snacks. If you don't feel like exercising at least stretch it will keep you body from aching ( it will make your body ready for anything and keep them long and lean) stretching is sort of like doing Pilates but easier.
