Skip breakfast altogether and delay eating solids until around noon but then eat your fill until four or five o'clock - eat anything and everything you want during that time then fast again until noon the next day, giving your system a chance to empty out, run down it's available sugar supply and rely on fat storage for its energy. This works and it isn't to hard to do.
Or... you can lose ten pounds of completely useless fat by chopping off your head... I know it's not a healthy plan but it works every time.

But if you chart what you eat in a normal day and figure out how many calories you are eating, then adjust to a lower calorie amount healthily and increase your exercize level then u will begin to lose weight, and sometimes rather quickly. But to lose healthily they recommend no more than 1-2 pounds a week. I used Fitday.com to track my intake and out put of energy (ie calories).

Even if it means doing it the ana way. Limit yourself to under 500 cals a day. That way you will lose weight fast but be careful.... your metabolism will slow down after a while and it will be easier to put the weight back on.
