Ask:I need help with healthy eating working out and some weight loss
2007-08-25 17:09:42Ok I am 17, 5ཇ'' and 155lbs. I know that I am average and blah blah blah, What I want to do is bulk up, lose the pudge, and eat healthier.... Heres my problem, I've tried all this before but failed, mainly because I have no experience in what I NEED to do, I need you to please lay out the law, what i need to eat, what I need to do work out wise (ps i really dont have equipment to my disposel, I have 10lb weight that i do curls with.) So basicall I need you to spell out what i need to do, what I need to eat daily breakfast lunch dinner snacks and so on.... Thanks in advance!!!!

2007-08-25 17:35:30Ok sooo,,, i will only tell u the part about bulking up,,, ok i dont know if your fit or not so first ask yourself this question. do u want to get in shape really bad or just want to be average? O.k if u want to get just average u should start out by doing pushups, curl ups stretches stuff like that to start getting in shape. when you have time to kill just do 20 push ups 20 curl ups a day, everyday for about 3 months or forever. by 3 months if you did that everyday you should look pretty fit, when u progress through those 3 months when u feel like its getting to easy then push it up more to 25, then 30 and so on.(make sure you eat a small portion of food before working out) OK if u want to be a surious work out aholic then work out like average, then rest for about 15 min, then continue working out, (you will feel the burn after doing this alot so u should then rest longer or if u think thats enough then stop u still have tomorrow)(make sure you do the stretching of the musles, and doing stretches cuz if u dont do it in the begginning u will regret it. YUP SO THATS MY ANSWER U DONT HAVE TO AGREE WITH ME I'M JUST GIVING U MY OPINION. ^_^

As far as eating, lots of proteins...Keep sat fats low...basically, just research, and remember, the saying, "You are what you eat...", is pretty much true!
