Im planning on loosing a few...or a lot of pounds. I AM NOT SKINNY! so these pounds need to be lost. I have extremely slow metabolism (i thnk) I gain weight sooo quickly but it is sooo hard to loose. Im moderately active and i eat wayyyy less than my friends and i gain sooo much more weight than them. Well i was wondering if anyone had a free plan (i.e. diet...excersise...etc.) that i can use thats free....and one that ACTUALLY WORKS! Please....thanks in advance...

I don't have any specific diet. But I lost about 50 lbs in 6 months. I only ate vegetables and baked or broiled meat, or fish, drink a lot of water and Taebo (Kick boxing " Billy Blanks"). You can buy the DVD and do it at home. I know you want to lose weight fast and believe me I understand, but the faster you lose the weight , the faster you gain it back. Tell Mom and Dad to read this. I did the Atkins diet because my friend was like 400 pounds and I watched the guy loose soooo much wieght that he became totally skinny.
I have never seen any one else do that but he did and with a doctors suppervision and was completely healthy. ( the first two weeks he said his cholesterol levels and blood pressure went to normal )
I did the diet and it worked for me but I only needed to loose 30-40 pounds.
So remember, tell your Mom and Dad to check it out and if they let you do it you all should read the whole book first and do it with a doctors supervision.
