    Im 5 7' and I'm 13 years old. I weigh 154 pounds but I have alot of muscle and stubborn stomach fat. I need tips!

    it doesn't sound like you are overweight to me.....if you have muscle, hopefully you are working out, please keep doing this, great form of exercise, don't over do it like many people do and hurt yourself,,,,,,once you hurt your back it will be bad your whole life so please use proper technique and be careful. maybe you need to focus on what you are eating more....pizza and french fries are terrible things to eat, try to eat healthy foods and snacks, fruit, chicken, fish....read up on the internet about healthy foods

    Walk everday, also drink plenty of milk and water. Take a daily
    vitamin. Eat meals consisting of one serving of meat,
    two vegetables, limit breads and cheeses or any heavy cream. Try eggs
    and orange juice for breakfast. A light lunch.
    Salads and fruits. Absolutely no sodas, no fast food, and no chips or
    processed meats. When cooking dinner avoid pre-cooked
    meals and try to use fresh or frozen vegetables in place of boxed
    and canned foods.

    The best tip I can give you is to exercise, espically since you have so much muscle, but to get rid of stomach fat you can try benching weights or something like that, just don't sit around too much after you eat or else those calories will just stay their, don't be stressed if you eat too much, be stressed about what you did to make up for all that eating.

    Healthy food and exercise. At your age, keeping active is the most important part. You'd be suprised how much just adding a bit of walking into your day will make a difference. Play sports with your friends, have fun and no matter what weight you are, love yourself first!!!
