    try this pill called cytolean. it really does work. im taking it, but im afraid to weigh myself (its my "fat week" if u know what i mean). but i know people who have taken it, and lost a ton of weight. the people i got it from (the owner of the tanning salon i go to) had to hold a bottle for me because they sold it so fast because of how well it works. give it a try- theres no crazy side effects, but it does contain caffeine, but not so much that u get jittery.

    take your weight...divide by 8 and drink that many glasses of water a day.
    keep track of how many calories you consume daily and burn more then that each day.

    i ate 1500-1600 calories a day and exercised 30 minutes-1hour a day and i lost 5 lbs each week.

    I cut my carbs and have been taking Zantrex-3 for the last week. I'm down 8 lbs.
    I only take two pills a day (instead of 2 before each meal) since I am sensitive to caffeine-type products or else I'd be up all night.

    How fast do you want to lose weight? It's not healthy to lose more than a couple pounds a week. But, I was watching the news last night and they had some good ideas. Eat a high fiber diet and lots of citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon, orange). Stay away from milk and yogurt and broccoli because they bloat, but take a calcium supplement so you don't lose the nutrition. Eat lean protein like ground turkey and salmon. The more protein you eat, the less hungry you are. Portion control is also key. Don't eat more than the recommended amount for each food group (see http://www.mypyramid.gov). And find hobbies to distract you while you're hungry. Obviously, working out is an optimal distraction. Drink LOTS of water.

    Hmmm... I have one idea It may work for you.
    If you are cooking a steak, use a napkin or a paper towel to soak up all the grease.
    If you are eating pizza, do the same thing.
    This can cut the amount of fat you can take in.
    Maybe Alli can help you and you can eat steak,pizza,(etc.) with it. I hope this can help you loose weight.
