I walk M-F for 30 mins. on Sat/Sun I walk for 1hr. I am being very cautious about what I eat. I weight 143lbs. I want to loose weight by the 22nd of this month. What is the best over the counter weight loss pill out there that really works fast. I won't try alli it's too expensive. I have alot of fat cells around my stomach and thighs. Should I try a body wrap too. Is there a way to make one at home.

just up your exercising. maybe run for 10 mintues in the middle of your walk. or get on the elliptical.
