Ask:I need weight loss support I need help
2008-01-19 05:16:03Yes, this is my desperate call for help. I`m 5 ft 6 in, 192 lbs and twenty-two years old. I don`t know how this happened or how I ended up with so much extra-weight but now I wanna do something about it. I`m already on a diet, and I also do regular exercise but I feel like something is missing. I read an article about how important is to have a friend to support you while you`re following a weight loss program. I guess that`s a big problem for me cause I don`t have too many friends. I`d like to know more about online communities for weight loss and stuff like that. Thanks a lot.

If you are looking for support, there are health and fitness forums and chat rooms online. You could try some of them. Do a Google search and see what works for you.

Goal Setting for Weight Loss
Commitment and Weight Loss
Environment and Weight Loss
You will find them in the website???s Psychology section.
Additionally, there is free e-course: ???How to Cure Emotional Eating???. You will find it in the website???s Emotional Eating section.
There is another free e-course: ???Meditation for Weight Loss???. You will find it in website???s Meditation section.
I hope that this information helps you, Vivianne.

2008-01-19 05:17:12Hey! I know how this feels, I`m 5 ft 8 in and 165 lbs, but I used to be 201 lbs. Yes, moral support is extremely important, especially when you`re trying to make serious changes to your lifestyle. If you wanna succeed, you`ll need all the help you can get. Don`t worry, you`ll make friends in time. Till then, you can join an online community dedicated to weight loss that I appreciate a lot cause nice people from there helped me when I was going through difficult times, and I`m sure you`ll also find there the support you need. Check http://www.projectweightloss.com ??“ it???s free. They also have there weight loss tools, a diet and fitness planner, nice weight charts, interesting articles, you name it. Good luck and meet you there! : )

2008-01-19 10:45:39Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://free-thin-diet.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!

2008-01-19 05:37:04Have you considered a support group such as Weight Watchers? Some churches offer this kind of support as well.I would be glad to support you and be your friend in this.I`m qualified because I`ve struggled with weight most of my life.It is much easier to go through it with someone at your side.
