I lost a lot of weight (stones), as was advised to by NHS Doctor. However, now I am more unhappy, than when I was very obese. My breasts never came down in size from (42D) with the weight loss, and now hang with extra skin, down to my waist. I have to lift them up to get into a bra and bathe underneath them. They are very heavy and can be painful, and hang out of most bras. I sought NHS help but have been turned down twice. I feel very angry as it was through the NHS advice that I lost all the weight. Why won't the NHS help with the aftermath of gross weight loss? Excercise has not helped my breasts. I often feel like cutting off my own breasts. I'm 37 and desperate. I would even be a guinea pig for a trainee plastic surgeon to practice on. I'm not vein and not wanting surgery for cosmetic reasons, but because my breasts are ruining my life. I cannot afford private treatment, so that is not an option.

I suggest you work out. It will tighten to muscles in the pectoral area and pull your breats up and it will also tighten the skin. And you'll be able to keep your new figure. That's what I do when I feel like my boobs are beginning to hang too low...40DD. it really does work man. You just have to have the discipline and the willingness to do it.

Hi there, best thing you can do is to take some exercise - it doesn't sound like you have any other options. Talk to friends about gyms they go to, and see if you can get a few sessions with a personal trainer who can help you reach your goals. I used to go to LivingWell, give it a go! :)
