I hear people talking all the time about something called weight-loss 'lemonade'...
I forget all what it has in it, but I think lemonade, molasses, cayenne pepper, green tea, cranberry or grapefruit juice or something...and some other stuff...
Has anyone heard of this or tried it? How well does it work? Can anyone tell me how to make it?

mine method is simple and cheap but take longer time to see the effect : 1 lemon + water + some honey.. drink it everyday.. your skin will become smooth and will lose some weight.. after 1 month.. and only you drink it consistant...

i know you might not get points for answering this lol but do lemons work too?
