Okay this is not an online site suggestion but..... losing weight doesn't mean to stop eating just what you eat. Easy thing {rule of thumb} to remember that the less processing the better the food is for you. If you buy fresh veges an fresh fruit..... lean meats an grain breads {limit breads} then the weight will start to drop. Oh an stay well hydrated..... water for thirst instead of sodas an other junk drinks. Use real sugar an just cut down on the sweets. Have a sweet fruit instead of a sweet pop-tart. Baby leaf spinach is better than lettuce as far as vitamins. Diet foods are expensive an less nutrients. Hope all this helps an good luck with your weight loss.
