eat 5-6 times a day, 2 in which should be very high in protein, like a protein shake or bar. eat a healthy none fat breakfast..... work out 3-4 times a week. avoid soda. it works honestly if u sat consistent with ur eating. i lost 3 lbs in a week and i know it wont come back
