hi i have heard so much about pilates and am thinkng of getting a dvd. i have the windsor pilates dvd's but i find the lady really annoying! does anyone have any good (preferably english) recommendations for dvd's and please tell me if they work well?! iv heard about darcy bussel's......? oh and are they good for weight loss?
