Ask:I plan on fasting opinions on weight loss
2007-04-21 18:38:53I havent eaten today, and Im drinking a lot of water. Im trying to lose weight and clean out my system. Im going to eat on Wednesday. How much weight will I lose if I exercise too?

fasting can give you anemia.... is good to drink a lot of water... but becareful... you body can stop working if you no give food to it... because is you force you body to loose weight the body think that you are sick and try to safe some of that fat...Answer:I plan on fasting opinions on weight loss

fasting will only destroy your metabolic rate and slow it down to a rediculously low rate. this is NOT what you want if you are trying to lose weight! fasting puts your body in starvation mode where you are in fat storage mode. on wed when you eat most of it will immediatly be stored as fat because you have fasted. the best way to lose weight is to eat 6 small meals through out the day to keep your body from going into starvation mode. eat lean proteins, healthy fats, lots and lots of fruits/veggies as well as whole grain carbs. exercise is also key and you will get the best fat burning results from weight training so go pick up the latest issue of Fitness magazine or shape magazine..swing by walmart and pick up some free weights then start doing the routine they provide you with 2-3 times a week. cardio is important too (3 times a week for 20-30min)
