2012-02-03 22:02:19 +0000I need to loose about 10 pounds. I had been eating 1200-1500 calories a day and workout consistently but nothing happened. I actually gained a pound which I'm alright with because I'm pretty sure it was muscle but I lost nothing from my waist(which is my biggest trouble spot). I've been eating clean, doing cardio and strength exercises but nothing is happening. And I've now become very discouraged and have eaten badly the past couple of days. I really want to go back on track and just loose those few pounds. Can anyone help me with what I should do?

You can attend a core class or easily do it yourself at home with the help of a video. It is a quick, fairly intense workout, but it will give you great results. Don't get discouraged, keep up your healthy eating habits and make sure you get adequate rest at night, because this contributes to weight loss/gain as well. Good luck to you!
