    I'm 16, 5Ǝ and 200 pounds this summer i really want to lose 50 pounds my plan is:
    Breakfast: Oatmeal and 2 Egg whites
    Lunch: Salad, involving baby carrots, Grapes, Berries, depending on the day
    Dinner: Whatever my mom cooks but portioned out.
    Drinks: Water only.
    Workout:
    Jogging once a day 6 days a week, 4 miles.
