i need to loose weight am over weight am 17yrs n every one teses me :( ..... i stay in india..... i saw this himalaya weight loos tablets...... n just wanted to find out has any one tried such pills n does i work n should i take the tablets even after looing weight n will these tablets affect my skin? because i have ucodarma a skin problem plz help me out..........plz...

With my experience, weight pills do not work very well. Just try eating smaller portions throughout the day and mixing cardio and strength training workouts during the week :)
