    I go 2 days a week for about 5 months(body building).
    I really work hard when I go, and I don't eat much like. I really don't know what is wrong with me I have lost 1 size but NO and again NO weight :(((
    I am a 19 year old girl I weight right now 68kg and my height is 169cm.
    my best friend eats a lot more then me then she weights about 54 kg ,,
    I am just getting crazy why can't lose weight:(((
    I just can't look at myself in the mirror, I hate my body.I just feel insecure in college about my weight.I am Friend with a group that their all so skinny and when I hang with them I feel I am like a whale between some small fishes:((((

    What can I do I want to feel good, like others, I really study hard, and I get hungry, and I try to eat something small, and healthy,,,my studies are good, and somehow I can't let go of all my life just to get slim, but how can I lose like 6 kg in 2 months
    PLEASE is something wrong with me? Should I go for a check up?

    a women's diet is off a 2,800 cal diet. if you can eat around that limit you're fine. try not to go overboard either. go to myplate.com for a better instructions on keeping track of diet plans. but ocer all you are doing great keep up the excersise. always be active just watch what you eat at all times. it should og down in no time :)
    sometimes you will have those days where you will lose no weight at all those are completely normal. keep doing what you do.

    you have lost NO WEIGHT because muscle weighs more than fat, and you have been building muscle, which is good! Instead of looking for pounds lost, calculate inches lost around the abbs, arms , legs , and chest area, and you will most likely see much more of a change

    okay so the biggest thing i feel you are doing wrong is that you are going 2 days a week to gym..
    that is not sufficient considering you are a college student (like me) and thus you might be eating fatty foods..
    just increase your workout as much as you can and be motivated that you can do it..
    for the time being,you can wear loose fitting clothes thats a ll i can say..
    if you have fat accumulated on your face there are some small facial exercises you can look up easily which really really help..
    and just a small tip: avoid eating potatoes especially french fries and processed pre-made foods..

    Gym is really not necessary if you want to lose weight. Just go on the runs. And don't eat any kind of fast food. Also try to set a day regime, with three meals a day, and the last meal should never be after 6 pm. Don't drink fizzy drinks, and also you should stop consuming candies. That should be enough. I really cant tell you how long your running rout shout be, that is smth you need to decide within the scope of your abilities. And also stay off alcohol. Best of luck.
