    I use a product called Colon Cleanse and drink plenty of water. I also drink Pomegranite juice. This is a great detoxifier. The Colon Cleanse will help eliminate the buildup of sludge that forms around the walls of your colon, causing you to have absorbtion problems, as well as digestive difficulties.
    As a bit of trivia when John Wayne died, and they preformed an autopsy on him his colon weighed 80 lbs!!!!
