i took it for a little over a year under doctor supervision and let me tell you it is awesome. i lost 151 lbs. in a year and a half from it. I became obsessed with it though. the first few days you are super hungry when on it, i was anyway, and two other friends of mine had the same reaction. after a few days, (which i think it may also effect you psychologically) you suddenly go from eating mad amounts of food to being completely repulsed by the smell or taste of food. you then have to force yourself to eat. i would go a day or two with only drinking water because i would get so nauseated if i thought about even eating. you lose weight fast though so make sure you tone as you go. i would lose sometimes 10-12 lbs a week if not more. it was insane. everyone i know that has taken it has had the same results but im sure it can definitely vary. i was on the 30 mg pill and i took it first thing in the morning with just water because i hated food. it made me feel like i was completely jakked up all the time though and i became (no joke) ocd because of it because i cleaned all the time to burn energy and it became a habit...i guess thats not too bad though! the first week i felt like i had heart palpitations, but it went away quick and i never had any other side effect from it. gOOd luck!
