    Those things don't work... sorry.
    Exercise and diet are the only real way to lose weight and keep it off. It sucks, I know... but it's the truth. You are just going to frustrate yourself by trying every product out there and never seeing results. Start a healthy exercise routine, cut back your calorie intake, and eat healthy foods, and you will lose weight for sure.
