2008-09-21 10:09:07i av a school trip in early november so i wanna look good. im bout 5 ft 3 and 11 stone so im overweight. my belly is a bit big but my thighs are the real problem. my mom is 1 of them moms that gets worried if i leave a tiny bit on my plate so its so hard to diet. i don't have much time to exercise either. does any 1 no safe diet tips???

I check the nutrition on everything that has it before I eat it... I don't eat anything with a ton of calories from fat, or tons of sugar :p
