    I'm trying to loose 40 lbs in two months. I jump on a mini trampoline for one hour (with frequent breaks in between) and am trying to consume no more than 1,000 cal. a day. (Jumping on a trampoline for an hour loses about 1,220 calories.) Anyone have some meal plans that will fit my 1,000 calories a day plan? (Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not too much cooking involved please, and make it easy to make and easy to find and buy.) And any exercise Ideas would help, too. I really want to burn the fat off of my stomach, butt, hips, thighs, and legs. I know it's a lot, but thanks anyways ).

    You'll find about 5-6 pages of weight loss tips on the website below. Also, in addition to that section, check out the other sections too. There's a section called "Diet Plans" that has 4-5 "drastic diets" designed for quick weight loss. I've tried them all and they all worked for me, but my favorite is the 5-4-3-2-1 diet. You pick your own food and the diet helps you eat less of it. It works well with frozen Weight Watchers or Lean Cuisine meals if you don't like to cook. You'll also find several pages of exercise info. under "Exercise Plans" and "Activity." There are also printable food and exercise logs that I like to use. Good luck!!

    I lost 13 pounds in 3 weeks and I'm still going!
    I recently became a vegetarian, that helps .. ever three hours eat something small. when you wake up have a bowl of cereal, (small bowl) then three hours later have some fruit .. small is the key.

    Yes, but keep it realistic. You shouldn't deprive yourself 1000 cal a day, or your body will be on starvation mode/lose muscle/get sagging skin, then you'll gain it all back shortly. Healthiest is at least 1200 cal a day, if your BMI is say 1500-will allow you to lose weight. Stay away from processed foods-has too may chemicals that make your body gain. Fruits/veggies will keep your body nurished and you won't have too many cravings. It's good you're keeping active, so I wouldn't change that.
