Please be careful fasting is a very dangerous way to try and lose weight, a healthier way to lose weight (which is what I did) was to enjoy a last week of freedom, eat apallingly, and everything that you think you will miss once you start to be healthy. Then when you actually start to diet, in a healthy manner, you won't miss anything at all. You could try weight watchers. In my first 2 weeks with them I lost 12lbs (I've now lost 50lbs so far). Please, please be careful if you are serious about fasting.
