2008-07-14 09:39:45I want to lose about 15 pounds but would be happy with 10. I was going to go on the mastercleanse diet for about 12 days but keep hearing so much negative feedback on it. I have struggled with bulimia in the past so I know I have put a strain on my body with that and that it could be tougher for me to lose those last 10 pounds. Any personal methods that have worked?

Eat 5 or 6 small meals a day with balanced food choices for nutrients
Take in quality protein and keep carbs low
Do an hour weight training session (burns 150 to 200 calories) followed by half an hour cardio session (burns 200 to 250 calories). 4 or 5 times a week.
The weight training will get you muscle tone (more muscles burn more fat) and the the cardio will trim the existing fat away.
