protein shake for breakfast normal low cal low fat lunch protein shake for dinner no junk food and water throughout the day
im goign to be doing that for a few weeks
so now for my workout plan
im gonna walk my dog for 30 mins everyday
im gonna go to the gym 3-4 times a weeks for a little bit of cardio and to lift weights
with that will i lose alot of weight?
how much?
(yes i know its unhealthy i just need answers)
