    OK Im 14 and i weigh 196lbs. I know I need to loose weight. I would love to look great in July when I go to Florida. Does anybody know a way I could loose a substantial amount of weight before i go to florida like 20 lbs or more???? I excercise every morning and have lost 3 lbs since last wednesday but that is not fast enough please help I would love to be a smaller person so i dont have so much trouble finding clothes!!!

    Hi, well I think when it comes to diets everyone is different and they have to do what works for them, no use strugglerling with a diet you don't like so the best way i would say is to excerise slightly more, east slightly less and try and eat a salad with every meal you have, stay away from bread and dairy. That's the best advice I can give you.
    I have tried the gabbage soup diet where you take gabbage soup tablet 3 for each meal and then you have salad and fruit most days, then you have a beef day, and a banana and milk day, I felt great on it and had more energy and it was a good detox, I lost alot of wieght considering you only do it for a week. But then gabbage soup ain't that great, salad with every meal is the way to go imo.

    Well, there's no quick fix, I'm sorry. Keep doing what you are doing, you may lose up to 20 pounds in a month. Don't try for much more, you WILL get sick. If you lose too much too quickly, you will lose vital vitamins and minerals your body needs, and you may end up starting to shut down your body due to stress. (Yes, losing weight is stressful on your body) Be careful, you don't want to hurt yourself.
    P.S. If you have self confidence, you will look great at any wieght! I bet you are absoloutely beautiful! =)

    Hello, you are doing just great in 5 dats, keep it up and you should hit your target by July.
    You dont need a fast diet as they dont work
    if you dieat and lose weight too quickly the moment you stop you will put it all back on plus some.
    a good idea would be to jog to school and back

    You also might want to consider exercising more. Maybe do arm, leg and ab exercises in the morning and biking, swimming or sports in the afternoon. Let your body know you expect more of it, it may very well cooperate and slim you down.
    I think it's great that you're so motivated. Use that, keep it up!
