    The most important things are:
    1 - Exercise regularly.
    Try and fit in a couple of hours a week of this if possible. This can include simple things like walking more instead of going by car or public transport and going up the stairs instead of going up in the lift. Walking briskly is a very good way of getting exercise and burning calories so do this as much as possible. Also you could go to the gym, go on the treadmill, bikes and whatever other cardiovascular workouts they have there. Take exercise classes - there should be a lot you can find for beginners or whatever level you want and they usually are brilliant and people there will be trying to reach the same goals as you. Take up some kind of sport so you can burn calories and get fit whilst you have fun and enjoy yourself. One of the best sports for an all round workout is swimming, so go to your local pool and go at your own pace. Swim up and down the length of the pool as many times you can manage in 30 mins or so and do this a couple of times a week.
    2 - Healthy Diet
    The key here is to eat a BALANCED diet. Start off by maybe planning a weekly balanced diet containing healthy things, each day having something like grains/cereal with fruit and nuts for breakfast, salad (make sure theres not too much fattening sauces on there like mayonnaise or whatever) and fish for lunch and spaghetti bolonaise or chicken risotto or whatever for dinner. Try to fit in 5 fruit and veg a day. To start with it is better to try and calorie count how much you eat and make sure you dont go over the guided 2000 calories a day. This will help a lot! Cut down on the more fattening things and fast foods such as pizzas, chips, cakes and try to cut out convenience foods altogether. Dark green veg is very healthy and contains essential nutrients but eating a variety of fruit and veg is always good. At the beginning make sure you THROW AWAY ALL unhealthy snacks in your house like chocolate, biscuits, cakes and replace with fruits and veg so when you are temped to snack you eat something healthy! To start with it is best to cut out the unhealthy snacks altogether.

    10 kg in 2 months is quite fast and its possible ONLY if you are supervised by personal trainers and dieticians...you have to do cardio and toning exercises 5 days a week and portion control...give yourself about 10-12 weeks...no excuses ok?

    Cut down on your carb intake. Eat no white bread, white rice, sugar, crackers, corn, bananas. Use whole wheat/grain products. Eat more meat, eggs, and cheese. Good veges are green beans, broccoli and cauliflower. Eat salads but watch the dressing. Some are high in sugar and fat.
