i am a model and i spent the summer in Texas with my family, now i have gained 20 pounds and need to lose it quickly, to continue on modeling the way i was...since i have been gone to texas for three months and out of work right now money is tight i need a way to lose weight without any cost is there any thing i can do at home for free???
