    I need to know what i need to do to loose 40 lbs.....i want to weigh 130 again and am desperately in need of help....
    I dont have much time to excersise so what are ways that i can loose this weight.....all and any suggestions please!!!
    Im not lookin to be anorexic or bulemic.....so please be helpful!!

    This diet sounds real crazy but I tried it and it really does work, it is called Fat Loss 4 Idiots and you can lose 9 lbs every 11 days and then you get to eat what ever you want for 3 days.

    weight watchers is a good program . try dieters tea from the Asian store that will clean your system and then watch what you put in your mouth take the tea at night works great.

    if you are not going to exercise then you need to diet. the only way to lose weight is to be at a calorie defecit, meaning your body burns more calories than you take in.

    to looose 40 lbs, reduce the quantity of carbohydrate, fat, and oil you consume, and consume more vitamin, mineral,protein and water. e.g 30% of carbohydrate, fat and oil and 70% of vitamin, mineral, protein and water
