2008-02-12 14:01:04i seriously need to lose some weight, at least by the end of may. i know the best way is to exercise alot, but im in my last year of school and ive got a hell of a lot of work i need to do and i dont have the time. can anyone help me? id rather not do it dangerously, but i just have absolutely no spare time at the minute!!!!

2008-02-12 14:05:55cut down on what you eat. im not saying to be an anerexic buy say you eat 3 pieces of pizza for dinner just cut it down to 2 pieces. Just eat healty food no junk food. when your studying stand up and walk around and do exercises.

2008-02-12 14:12:29I will tell you that slow and steady wins the race, ways to help, drink a 8oz glass of water before each meal, this induces fullness and you will eat less. eat breakfast daily this will allow you to not be starving during the day when we are more apt to reach for something quick and unhealthy, eat your heaviest meal at lunchtime this allows for more time in the day to burn it off, keep dinner something small but filling think high fiber, a good plan would include b-complex vitamins, L-carnitine (this carries fat to the liver for breakdown) do not waste your time with caffeine pills or anything with mu huang in it as these have many side effects. look to increase some exercise even if it is only walking up stairs, and a healthy weigt loss is 1-2 pounds weekly, so by my estimates you can lose upwards of 26 lbs. good luck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2008-02-12 14:09:42My sister lost a lot of weight fast this is what she did....She would drink two 8 oz glasses of water before each meal (makes you feel full quickly and also helps digest your food faster so it doesn't turn to fat) and one 8oz glass after each meal took a 30 min fast paced walk once a day and stopped drinking sodas....worked great for her!
