I wear a size 14 in pants and want to get down to a size 9 or 11. my goal is to lose about 50 pounds or get down to a size 11 or 9. I have a diet plan what do you think. Will this work? I already take kickboxing four days a week, if I eat only carrots and apples, and veggi's and fruits. And continue to workout llike i am.

2007-10-23 12:23:34NO, that will not work becuase you aren't planning on eating any protein so you are not going to have the energy to workout or even go to work. You need protein, complex carbs (to turn into energy), fiber and other vitamins & nutrients.
Chicken, Fish & Lean beef for protein. Brown Rice & Whole grains for complex carbs. Fruits & Veggies are good but they aren't good if that's all you plan on eating.
