my advice is to play dance dance revolution it is fun and you can lose weight also don't eat junk food, have breakfast go to the gym swim

A healthy weight loss goal is to lose .5 to 2 pounds per week.

Make the Cut(s)
With careful review, you will find ways to cut back those 250 calories a day: the milk in your cereal ... the can of soda you drink daily ... the butter on your toast.
Making little changes like these will really add up in the long run.
To assess your daily caloric intake, use calorie-count.com to look up the calorie content of the foods you recorded in your food diary. Pay attention to serving sizes -- if your portion consisted of two servings, then be sure you double the calories. Track your daily intake either online or in your food journal.
Next, find foods you can do without altogether, reduce portions of, or switch for lower-calorie alternatives.
And guess what? It's easier than you think. Take it one meal at a time. Or even one food at a time. And then, one day at a time.
Tomorrow, trade whole milk for reduced-fat milk The next day, try diet soda instead of regular. Three days in, switch to light wheat bread instead of white. All the calorie-reductions you make (and stick to) will add up in the long run.

Becoming more active will knock the remaining 250 calories out. For example, a 180 pound person who walks at a brisk 3 miles-per-hour will burn just over 250 calories in 45 minutes.
Experts agree that it's easier to exercise than to cut the same number of calories that exercise shaves off. In other words, it's just plain easier for us to be a little more active than to do without more food to achieve the same calorie-reduction.

all you need to do is hit the gym,,,get a low carb diet and get lean...you dont need to be skinny to look good. its so easy to see weight loss just by dieting right and running or treadmill for atleast 300 calories which is equivilent to tredmill/23-31mins bycycle=22-25mins....look i do this every day. You should be able to burn 10 calories per minute,.. just take it slow
wakeup- eat a bowl of special K serial.
snake at around 10 apple, granola,
lunch12- eat a salad and a sandwhich. make sure its a salad with something, tuna, chicken
snake a banana or sometype of carbs(good Carbs)
after work-home nice lean dinner( turkey breast, veggies, patatoes, salad)
then after this maybe a small fruit.
eat as much wheat bread as you like with your meals, i usualy eat 1-2 slices....
AS YOU SEE I EAT ALOT BUT IT BALANCES OUT...I GO TO THE GYM EVERY NIGHT AROUND 8 AND WORK OUT FOR 1HR. THATS ALL YOU NEED. AND THROUOUT THE DAY ALL I DRINK IS WATER,...NO SODA, JUICE, MAINLY WATER, OH AND THE MILK FOR BREAKFAST.... AVOID SUGAR SNACKS, TREATS,
BUT ITS OK TO CHEAT 1 TIME EVERY 2 WEEKS. MAYBE A BIG MAC,. NOT EVERYDAY THOUGH
i lost about 30 pounds this yr and thats eating kinda bad....but so far ive lost a total of 75 pounds...i used to be 295 in highskool....email me if you need more help or info...hang in youll get the weight youd like to be,.,,,it also takes to long walks after each meal since you have the time....get your metabolism working again like it should,

Hi. I just was on another question a minute ago. Regarding a cleanse I did. It's probably the same one the guy above me mentioned because I had bought a 9 day supply (but I didn't really follow the directions exactly and it lasted me longer). I lost 13 pounds over 2 weeks. It worked well (didn't like the 2 days juice bit much). I got it on www.slimatlast.ca Also. You drink their milkshakes 2 times a day and eat a meal. They suggested lunch but I prefer to eat at supper and I still was OK. I didn't exercise much (you are suppose to.. If I do it again I will try to do it the right way.
Good Luck. Also, getting a recumbant bike is great as you can exercise watching your favourite show and you get an hour of exercise.
