    OK So, I'm about 5Ɗ and 105-112lbs (mainly like 107). But, I've only been that since school ended in June b/c I don't have the daily workouts anymore.
    Im supposed to maintain a weight of 100 for my modeling thing. So I need to lose 5-10 lbs before school starts in September.
    What's an easy way? I already take 45 minute walks 2-3 times a week, run on a treadmill for awhile once a week, and I eat healthy.
    And no- don't say I don't need to lose weight. Just answer my question.

    I would say just keep eating healthy and running more to cut some of the fat that's giving you unwanted lb's.

    jog for about an hour three time a week, and dont stop taking walks
    also try yoga breathing stuff and just regular yoga, also make sure you have a nice healthy diet, try eating vegies and fish...or something like that

    ok so you're 13 and you're worried about weighing too much b/c of a modeling thing. WTF??? you're 13....you should be worried about hanging out with friends and what movie you're gonna go see on a saturday night. not worried about how much you weigh. how about you spend time enjoying life instead of trying to look anorexic like all the other models out there.

    do a 200 crunches every day it will turn your flab to fab lol (sounds like a commercial) but seriously it will help define your tummy and casting agents prefer someone with a toned stomach than just a flat belly plus it looks cool if your 13 and have a six pack yea its possible i have like a 4 pack from cheerleading but its summer soits not going to be a 6 pack anytime soon lol
