2006-07-12 06:02:57I recently returned from a short holiday to the USA and I confess, I fully enjoyed all the things I cannot get back at home and as a result, I have added 3 kilos to my weight.
I want to drop these quickly but starving myself for a couple of days is not an option as I get the munchies and lack the willpower to avoid rading to cupboard for other fattening things or going to the shop for the chocolate fix.
Can anyone give me some advice on a 'short term' weight loss diet that will enable me to quickly drop these extra kilos. Once they are gone, i will resume my normal careful diet.

2006-07-12 06:11:07If you want to fast drink diet juices and when you get the munchies drink a glass of room temperature water that will give you a feeling if fullness. Also if you get the munchies do a carrot or celery it will statisfy you mouths need to chew and send a signal to the brain that I am eating and the "hunger gene" as i call it will relax.
