    Vegetables, Fruits, Water - all you can eat - and lots of work-outs - and you will loose weight fast. It's not the best way but if you only want to loose about 10 pounds or so - it should work (at least it worked for me)

    Try to eat about 5 times a day in small quantities because if you just eat like 2 times your body starts thinking that you will not eat Again and it keep as much food as it can so you gain weight, this 5 meals should be based on protein (more like chicken meat fish etc) and try no to it carbohydrates after 5 pm because you will accumulate them and start doing at least 30 min 3 times a week of any kind of exercise.
    Try doing exercise from 3 to 11 hours after you wake up since those are the hours when you hormones work the most so you will burn more fat.
