2008-07-25 19:25:49I know you're not supposed to eat within 4 or so hours before going to bed. I just consumed about 300 calories watching my favorite show because I simply enjoy snacking to my favorite show. I plan on going to bed around 1 am (it's now 10:24 pm) and I have a few loads of laundry to fold and put up. Is that little bit of exercise enough, since I'm not going directly to bed? Thanks. :

2008-07-25 19:35:19eat about 300 calories every four hours and try to avoid unhealthy snacks. i prefer you eat good protein rich foods. also exercise, it doesn't matter what time of the day you do it. but the time of the day you eat food matters. try to eat six small days a day.

2008-07-25 19:35:37you should be okay. as long as you're up and moving, your metabolism should keep going. you're just not supposed to snack before bed because your metabolism slows down while you're laying asleep doing nothing.
