Ask:One quick weight loss question for health class
2009-01-29 11:31:16For my senior health class I have to write a convincing essay about healthy eating and fitness. I want to try and prove that diet and exercise is the fastest way to lose weight.
Now obviously it is the healthiest way, but if one were to eat barley anything (lets say less than 100 calories), but work out very little would they lose weight faster than those who worked out regularly but ate a higher calorie, yet more balanced diet?
If this is the case I will have to find a new point to prove for my essay.
I know I could get into the fact that with a healthy plan the weight will stay off, but I just want to stick with the idea of getting it off the fastest.
What do you think?
