    My friend and I have decided to go on a diet over the summer, she needs to loose 60 pounds, and i need to loose 40 pounds before school starts again( my last day of school was today)
    My mom is a veggietarian, so i thought it would be simple to start the Raw Food Diet for the duration of summer, but my friend is a mega meat eater so it wouldnt work for her
    any tips on fast fast fast weight loss for my friend?
    Tips on self control with the Raw Food Diet for me?
    Anything better out there?
    We have about 3 months, and we need to loose the weight fast!

    I am also on a diet to lose 52 lbs. by the end of the summer. I began my diet exactly on April 14th in which my weight was 237 lbs. and as of today, May 15th, I am proud to say that I am 223 lbs (a total of 14 lbs in one month). I have 38 lbs. to go to reach my goal of 185 lbs. Now I know different people have different ways of losing but, I feel that you don't have to spend money or starve yourself just to lose weight. My secret is easy, every morning I start off with a banana smoothie for breakfast (this consists of fresh banana, V8 tropical fusion, and ice blended) for lunch, I have a bowl of cereal (any type of Special K or Honey Nut Cheerios and skim milk) and lastly for dinner, I have a portion controlled meal (Weighwatchers Smart Ones, Lean Cuisine or similar). As for what I drink, no soda, any kind of green tea and water. I only eat wheat bread but, only on the weekends. Now I know that doesn't sound like enough to curb your appetite but, if you eat healthy snacks throughout the day such as fruit, granola bars, yogurt, veggie sticks, etc., you should be fine. Also, I have the convenience of a gym at work so I work out three times a week for thirty minutes (15 min. on bike, 10 min. on eliptical, and 5 min. on leg weights or 100 reps). I also have an exercise ball at home so I make sure to do at least 600 crunches a week (200 a day for 3 days). Now for the weekends, you just have to be sure to stick to your healthy habits which like me is very hard especially if your out and about like I am. Just make sure that if you do eat out, you use portion control and stick to anything that isn't fried! (ex. salad, wraps, subway, jamaican or hispanic cuisine which is usually boiled or baked, grilled, etc.) THE NUMBER ONE PIECE OF ADVICE IS ABSOLUTELY NO FRIED FOOD OF ANY KIND!!!!! IF YOU DO GET THAT CRAVING, MAKE SURE IT IS FRIED USING OLIVE OIL ONLY! Good luck and if you decide to take my advice, let me know how everything turns out.

    well swimming bike riding 100 sit ups every morning and night and walk to places instead of car and keep it to a 1000 calorie diet and make sure to drop all pops and drink nothing but water also junk food which means chips ice cream candy and also greasy foods like hamburgers and fries go with a nice healthy salad or sandwich and eat lots of fruit and veggies and not the ones out of those containers either they have sugars and stuff
