    Willing to try anything at this point, so send your ideas, i was loosing weight good for a while, but now its just stopped, and now im annoyed. lol

    Sounds like you have plateaued which can be very annoying! What helps me is not eating anything after 8:00 pm, not even a grape! Always eat breakfast to rev up your metabolism. Start strength training if you havent already because it will help build lean muscles which will make it so you burn more calories during the day. Good luck!

    You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it.
    Then also try to find a well balance diet program. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days. It might be the thing you are looking for, I know it's well balanced. If you want e-mail me and I can tell you more about either of these.

    if you have plateaued, you need to shock your body with a new exercise routine, which is tougher than what you have been doing.
    here is what my dietician recommends - follow a practical diet. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein. eat 900 gms of veggies a day. Start your meal with a big salad or soup. have a snack every three hours. fruit (ideally berries) or soy nuts. just 2 tablespoons of soya nuts subside hunger pangs . substitute white bread and rice with brown. lose one kilo a week. that is the ideal.
    Pick an exercise regime you like. then you are likely to stick to it. buy a pedometer, and take 10,000 steps a day.

    get an iPod!load lots of nice music and listen to it daily while either dancing,briskwalking or both! limits food portions and enjoy the results..
