    I have recently had twins and I am attending a wedding on saturday (which is 3 days away) and I need a quick weight loss solution. I dont mean i want to 30 kilos or anything, just something to make me feel less bloated and slightly slimmer.

    You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it. Contact me and I can tell you more about this.
    Then also try to find a well balance diet program. My friend did this one diet program and he lost 12 pounds in the first two weeks of it. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see.     Eat only fruit and veggies....all you want....but be prepared because once your system starts it will keep going. Add a bit of fish or chicken for protein and drink water and/or unsweetened iced tea. This is to be done only for a few days. You will feel slimmer for the wedding. Good Luck! -)
