2008-05-25 23:55:52Well you can run 10 miles :-)) It all depends on your stamina and your patience but 3 miles a day is still good, at least you get to lose the weight over a longer period of time but you have to stick to your plan!!!! ... and you'll be able to keep it, the faster you lose weight the faster you put it back on, so it sounds you're on the right track but give it at least 6 months to see results...It also depends on what you mean by healthy foods too!!! extremely low calorie diets, causes your body to go in a slow motion mode, meaning it will burn way less calories than it should...
