Ask:running question. yes it has to do with weight loss
2007-02-23 19:40:09i want to lose some belly fat and i know crunches are the best thing, but i have a bad back, and it actually hurts to do them. im a size 8 so its not that much that i want to lose, maybe go to a 6 or or so by may.
im not looking to go on a crazy diet or anything, just watch what i eat. i do pilates leg work but im looking for improvement in my stomach area. is running enough to lose some belly fat by may?

running is awesome. i never did situps in my life and i have a four pack and I owe it all to running. running pretty much works all your muscles. If you really you should go swimming after it is a nice cool off and another great exercise.
