im just trying to lose inches around my waste and lost some of my stomach. I don't want to look sickly though.

Well Of course you know a excellent diet would help you. Keeping carbs,fat,sugar,salt,and calories to a miminum. Stick to dark leafy veggies and not potatoe and root like vegatables filled with carbs. Also keep protein high with leans meats like fish and chicken. Cardio every other day for 30 mintues to 1 hours would be best. and some light weightlifting to tone in between cardio days. And dont follow the myth the more ab work you do the better its all diet you need to do ab work every other day at the max. Leg lifts, Bicycles, crunches, swimming, running, etc.

There isn't a weight loss pill out there that'll make you lose fat without a good diet and exercise. I would recommend hydroxycut but in order for it to work, your diet needs to be good and you should exercise.
