What are some safe, over the counter weight loss pills?

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. U will also enjoy ur food more than what u have been doing otherwise.
Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min.regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. U cannot however choose spots for reduction.
This schedule will also be helpful in maintaining good healthy weight.

I just wanted to let you know about my experience I've made with a pill:
I bought the diet pill Proactol, after seing a friend of mine loosing 30 pounds in 2 1/1 months. She didn't experience any side effects at all, and was still eating the same as before. any type of weight loss pills / drinks / supplement are not safe. it effects the function of liver. to balance the metabolism. but at the end the side effects are terrible.
good healthy diet and exercise are best.
consult ur physician before consuming any type of diet pills.
